Scientifcally, cornflowers bear the name of Centaurea cyanus, after the centaurs of Greek mythology. These half human, half horse figures were known for their wisdom and healing powers, and likewise, cornflowers have been used for millennia to calm the mind and soothe the senses. This delightful brew combines black tea with the subtle, peppery sweetness of cornflowers, promoting relaxation and serenity.
